Pita Bread Pizzas

This one is pretty self-explanatory. I love this version of pizza because it doesn't involve making dough and can be made in a hurry. Try letting older children make this for lunch or supper one day.

Start with whole wheat pita pockets.
Generously spread each one with tomato sauce.
Sprinkle with pizza or Italian seasoning.
Add each person's favourite toppings. A great way to accommodate even the fussiest eaters in the family!
Cover with grated cheese. (Whatever kind you have on hand-it doesn't always have to be mozzarella.)
Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 10-12 minutes. Slice into wedges and enjoy!
