Choose-a-Flavor Quiche

Don't let Quiche scare you. It really isn't hard at all to make!

Ingredients
1 pie crust
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp minced onion
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Dash ground nutmeg
3/4 cup of meat or veggie (some options are bacon, broccoli, ham, , or sausage)
1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 T flour

Directions
Line the unpricked pie crust with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove foil. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes more or until crust is nearly done. Remove from oven. Reduce oven temp. to 325 degrees. Meanwhile, in a bowl stir together eggs, milk, onion, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in meat or veggie. Toss together cheese and flour. Add to egg mixture; mix well. Pour egg mixture into HOT crust. Bake in the 325 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let sit for 10 minutes. Enjoy.

My children LOVE this meal. I usually serve it with muffins and fruit.

Yum! I make a Weight Watchers Quiche and today I saw Rachel Ray make some individual Quiches. Now this recipe. Looks like we'll be eating Quiche soon. Thanks!
