This recipe is from my GREAT FRIEND Stacy. And it is unbelievable delicious! I made it this weekend and it was a great hit!
1 can cream of chicken soup
20 oz chicken breast, cooked and diced
4 oz Pepper Jack cheese
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1/2 green pepper - optional
4 oz JalapeƱo or 4 oz green chilis
1 small minced onion
1 tsp garlic
3/4 cup velveeta, diced
Put in crockpot until melted
